  Olde English bulldogs make excellent family dogs and guard dogs.  Our Olde English Bulldogges are the re-creation of the Bulldog from days of Old ~ When Bulldogs were working dogs and were healthy. They have the waddle, the wiggle, the eagerness to please....

Olde English Bulldogges are playful, loving, and very gentle, even with children. They are also protective of their families.  They will require early training and a firm hand – they will need to know who is boss.

Olde English Bulldogs are a completely different breed than the English Bulldog. They are taller and better athletes with a kinder disposition.  Males will grow to a height of 18 to 25 inches and weigh in between 65 and 145 pounds. Females are 16 to 23 inches in height and will weigh in between 60 and 130 pounds.  Ideal Olde English Bulldogs are massive, medium-sized dogs with a smooth coat, and a heavy and thick body. All coat colors are acceptable except for merle. Their appearance and attitude exude stability and vigor.  Olde English Bulldogs are also more healthy than modern English Bulldogs, many of which have problems with breathing, hip dysplasia, and giving birth.
